Onshore – Project Manager (Generic): Lead

Job Title: Lead Project Manager

Location: San Antonio TX 78288

Contract Duration: 6 Months with possible extension

Pay Rate: $74-$78/hr

Position Summary

This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of projects from initial definition to successful implementation. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that projects meet their scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations while fostering effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of project delivery, from planning to execution and closure.Develop comprehensive project plans and track progress against key milestones.Establish and maintain clear communication channels with the project team and stakeholders.Provide daily guidance and oversight to project resources.Ensure that change management processes are effectively implemented throughout the project.Prepare and maintain project documentation, status updates, and budgets.Employ strong project management techniques to facilitate timely and within-budget project completion.Utilize specialized knowledge of project management tools and office productivity software such as MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing projects throughout their entire lifecycle.Demonstrated ability to develop detailed project plans and drive milestone achievement.Strong communication skills, both oral and written.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership abilities.Skilled in project planning, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving.Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in structured enterprise project management methodologies.Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple competing priorities.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
