Part-Time US CPA / Accountant — Foreign-Owned LLC (Staffing Industry)

About us Vitalink Consulting Services LLC is a Delaware-registered IT staffing agency (with Crovion LLC as its Wyoming-based legal entity) operating as a sub-vendor placing IT consultants with US clients through prime staffing vendors. We are foreign-owned and are seeking ongoing US accounting and compliance support. What we need help with • Assisting with US business bank account setup and ongoing banking compliance (KYC documentation, business verification) • Federal and state tax filing and planning (multi-member LLC/partnership taxation) • Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting and Corporate Transparency Act compliance • Delaware and Wyoming annual report and registered agent compliance • 1099 issuance for subcontracted consultants/vendors • General bookkeeping oversight and guidance on staffing-industry-specific cash flow (client pass-through payments, subcontractor payouts) Requirements • Licensed CPA or equivalent accounting professional based in the US • Prior experience working with non-resident/foreign-owned US LLCs • Experience with staffing, recruiting, or professional services businesses is a strong plus • Comfortable working remotely with an international client Pay $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours 20.0 per week Benefits • Work from home Work Location Remote Apply To This Job
