We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Recruiter to help us identify, qualify, and place top talent with clients across the US and Canada.

This is a fully remote, performance-based opportunity ideal for recruiters who are confident in sourcing candidates, working with hiring managers, and closing placements.

Compensation

US Clients: USD $5,000 per successful placementCanadian Clients: CAD $5,000 per successful placementNo cap on earnings. The more you close, the more you earn.

Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting channelsScreen and evaluate candidates against client requirementsCommunicate with candidates throughout the recruitment processPresent strong candidates to clientsCoordinate interviews and follow-upsManage the recruitment process through to successful placementBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionStrong sourcing and candidate assessment skillsLinkedIn Recruiter account preferred; LinkedIn Recruiter Lite is the minimum requirementExcellent communication and follow-up skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environmentExperience recruiting for US or Canadian companies is a strong plus
