The Agile Project Manager Lead will lead the delivery of complex business and technology initiatives across multiple Agile squads, coordinating stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, and promoting effective Agile practices and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex Agile initiatives across multiple squads and workstreamsCoordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, business partners, and technical stakeholders to support successful outcomesSupport the reputed company Agile Ways of Working by facilitating or coordinating stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demonstrations, backlog refinement, and other delivery forums as neededPartner with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to strengthen Agile practices, remove or escalate impediments, and advance team maturityCoach teams and stakeholders on Agile delivery principles while balancing governance, compliance, and business requirementsParticipate in Agile communities of practice and champion consistent, practical application of Agile Ways of WorkingMonitor program health through delivery metrics, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, capacity, and business outcomesEnsure delivery information in Azure DevOps, reputed company, or comparable tools is current, accurate, traceable, and suitable for leadership reportingFacilitate timely decisions and resolution of blockers, competing priorities, resource constraints, and delivery conflictsServe as a trusted liaison among leadership, business stakeholders, Agile squads, technology teams, and vendorsAlign stakeholder expectations with delivery scope, capacity, priorities, sequencing, and commitmentsPromote transparency and support fact-based decision-making at all levelsAct as a servant leader for cross-functional delivery teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve program and group objectivesObserve team structures and delivery performance with technical and product leaders and recommend practical improvements that support maturity and successLead and mentor Scrum Masters, and delivery professionals, where applicablePartner with squads to identify inefficiencies, recognize wins, refine processes, and embed continuous improvementSkillsTypically requires a University Degree and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience3+ years of project, program, delivery management, or related experience, including at least 1 year leading Agile technology or business transformation initiativesDemonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs and multiple concurrent initiativesStrong knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices, including Scrum and scaled Agile approaches such as SAFeSkilled at managing delivery plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, vendors, and competing prioritiesStrong ability to manage stakeholders, communicate with executives, facilitate discussions, resolve conflict, and influence outcomesExperience with Agile and portfolio delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, reputed company, Jira, or comparable platformsStrong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilitiesPMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, Lean Six reputed company, or comparable certificationExperience leading enterprise Data, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Architecture, Digital Transformation, or platform delivery programsExperience operating in a global environment with distributed teams and diverse stakeholder groupsBenefitsComprehensive benefits programs designed to support your well-beingCareer development opportunities and ongoing learningA collaborative, people-first culture with accessible leadershipThe opportunity to do meaningful work with global reach and local impactCompany OverviewThis page is no longer active.
