[Remote] Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Social, DTC, Beauty/Skincare/Wellness)

Chameleon Collective is partnering with a growth-stage DTC beauty company to find a Paid Media Manager to lead paid media across their portfolio of brands. The role involves owning paid media strategy and execution primarily on Meta and TikTok platforms, managing Google Ads, and collaborating with creative and influencer teams to optimize campaigns and budgets.

Responsibilities

Own Meta and TikTok Ads media buying end-to-end: strategy, audience architecture, bidding, creative testing, campaign structureManage Google Ads as a secondary channel including search and shopping campaignsLead TikTok Shop and creator commerce strategiesDevelop insight-led creative briefs and build structured feedback loops between paid performance data and creative outputDrive whitelisting and boosting with the influencer teamOwn budget forecasting and reporting across all channelsManage a multi-million dollar annual paid media budget with a daily focus on CPA and ROAS
Skills

6+ years paid media experience with strong track record on Meta and TikTok Ads for a DTC or beauty brandHands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads (you build and troubleshoot yourself, no agency reliance)Working knowledge of Google Ads including search and shoppingDeep understanding of the beauty consumer and how she discovers and buysProven ability to build media budgets and hold CPA and ROAS at scaleStrong analytical, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skillsBeauty/skincare/haircare/wellness category experienceTikTok Shop and creator commerceInfluencer whitelistingMulti-brand portfolio workMeta Blueprint or Google Ads certification
