Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of complex SaaS agreements, reputed company service agreements (MSAs), and statements of work (SOWs). Advise on intellectual property protection, including software licensing, open-source compliance, and IP strategy. Provide guidance on data privacy and security matters, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations. Support product development teams by identifying and mitigating legal risks reputed company with new features and services. Manage and resolve legal disputes, including contract interpretation issues and potential litigation. Develop and maintain standard contract templates and playbooks for sales and business teams. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one US state. Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience, with a significant portion focused on SaaS, technology transactions, or corporate law in a technology setting.
