Job Description

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across Creative Digital, Search, SEO, and AI-driven marketing solutions.Manage the full business development cycle, from prospecting and discovery through pitching, negotiation, and closing.Conduct in-depth prospect research to understand business needs, key stakeholders, and decision-making processes.Develop business opportunities across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, including Chinese companies expanding internationally.Lead complex pre-sales and RFP processes, collaborating with internal production and delivery teams on tailored solutions.Build strong client relationships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing portfolio.Maintain strong CRM discipline while monitoring market trends and representing the company at client meetings and industry events.
The Successful Applicant

5+ years of BD/sales experience within a digital agency or digital services company.Proven track record in consultative, solution-based sales and new client acquisition.Strong network across Hong Kong and/or the Greater Bay Area.Good knowledge of digital marketing, Creative, SEO/Search and AI trends.Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.Proactive, commercial and results-driven with a strong hunter mentality.
