Senior Figma Web Designer - B2B SaaS & Design Systems

We’re looking for a strong B2B SaaS web designer to support an active website design project in Figma.

This is not a branding project or a blank-canvas redesign. You should be comfortable working within an established visual direction, understanding an existing design system quickly, and extending it across new pages without making everything feel repetitive.

If a website has 50 pages, we are not looking for someone who designs 50 unrelated pages or repeats the same template 50 times. We’re looking for a designer who can understand the underlying visual system, create controlled variation within it, and keep the entire site feeling cohesive as it scales.

We’re especially interested in designers who are strong at typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, editorial page composition, section transitions, product UI presentation, and maintaining consistency across larger websites.

You should be able to look at an existing page and design direction, understand the rules behind it, and make good independent decisions without needing every detail explained.

The work will involve creating and refining B2B SaaS marketing pages in Figma, working with existing content and visual direction, and producing polished desktop layouts efficiently.

We care about both design quality and how you work. Good communication, reliability, attention to feedback, and a strong sense of ownership are important.

You must be available to work during EST business hours, not simply overlap for an hour or two, and you must be available to begin on October 8.

This role is for an individual freelance designer only. Please do not apply as an agency or if the work will be outsourced or delegated to another designer.

The first step for shortlisted candidates will be a small paid design test before we move forward with the larger engagement.

Please apply with:

- 2 or 3 live B2B SaaS websites that best represent your work

- A short explanation of what you personally designed on those projects

- A link to your portfolio or relevant Figma work if available

- Confirmation that you personally will perform the design work

- Confirmation that you can work during EST business hours and begin October 8

Please do not send a long generic proposal. A short introduction and relevant work are enough.

There is potential for substantial follow-on work for the right designer.
