About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll lead recruitment across a varied portfolio of legal roles, delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the firm, acting as a trusted advisor and providing expert guidance on attraction strategies, market insights and hiring decisions. From building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates to improving recruitment processes and supporting wider talent initiatives, you'll play a key role in ensuring we attract and retain the very best people.

This is far more than a delivery-focused recruitment role. You'll have the opportunity to influence how we identify, engage and secure talent, whilst contributing to projects that support our broader people and firm objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of vacanciesPartnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver successful hiring outcomesDeveloping creative attraction and sourcing strategies to access top talentBuilding and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needsProviding market insight and recruitment expertise to stakeholdersDriving continuous improvement across recruitment processes and candidate experienceSupporting employer branding, talent attraction and Early Careers initiativesChampioning an inclusive and engaging recruitment experience
