SEO / SEM Specialist

About The Role

The role owns organic and paid search strategy end-to-end, translating technical optimizations and keyword research into consistent pipeline and high-intent traffic.

The specialist will partner closely with content, product marketing, and growth teams to scale SEO performance, manage SEM budgets, and drive continuous improvement across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Execute technical SEO audits, site architecture improvements, and schema implementations to maintain optimal crawlability and indexationManage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, controlling CAC and maximizing return on ad spendConduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content strategy and high-intent landing page creationTrack and report organic and paid search KPIs using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and enterprise attribution toolsDesign and execute rigorous A/B tests on ad copy, metadata, and landing page elements to improve conversion ratesCollaborate with content creators to ensure all published assets align with SEO best practices and brand guidelines

What We Are Looking For

3-6 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise SEO and SEM campaigns within B2B or B2C technology sectorsAdvanced proficiency with industry-standard tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Google AdsStrong technical foundation in HTML, CSS, site speed optimization, and handling complex site migrationsProven track record of scaling organic traffic and managing profitable paid search budgets with demonstrated pipeline impactBachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related fieldBonus: Experience with programmatic SEO, Python for marketing automation, or enterprise multi-location strategies
