We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Retail Recruitment Hub in Dundee. As part of our UK-wide Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in helping our stores attract and hire outstanding talent across a variety of locations and roles. Working closely with Store Managers and stakeholders nationwide, you'll coordinate the recruitment journey from vacancy through to offer, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll take ownership of key stages of the recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently while delivering exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for retail vacancies across multiple locations.
Partner with Store Managers to agree hiring plans, priorities, and recruitment timelines.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Manage offer administration and support successful onboarding activities.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, acting as an ambassador for our employer brand.
Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure recruitment processes are consistently followed.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates and recruitment insights.
Identify low-attraction vacancies and proactively implement solutions to improve candidate pipelines.
Collaborate with colleagues across the wider UK Talent Acquisition team to share best practice and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
