At Bethell, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy, strengthen our employer brand, and attract exceptional talent across our engineering, utilities and infrastructure businesses.

Reporting directly to the Head of People & Development, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while developing innovative attraction strategies, talent pipelines, and apprenticeship and graduate programmes that support our continued growth.

What you'll be doing

Leading end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of roles and disciplines.Building talent pipelines and developing innovative sourcing strategies for key positions.Enhancing the Bethell employer brand across social media, recruitment campaigns and industry networks.Managing apprenticeship and graduate recruitment programmes, including assessment days and relationships with colleges and universities.Partnering with operational leaders to understand workforce requirements and deliver recruitment solutions.Driving an exceptional candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Resourcing.Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment.Expertise in direct sourcing, talent pipelining and employer branding.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.Experience with social media recruitment, ATS platforms and recruitment technology.A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.Experience within construction, civil engineering, utilities or infrastructure would be advantageous.
