The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis:

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to do more than fill roles. You'll play a key role in shaping how we attract, engage and hire talent across the Littlefish Group, helping to build talent pipelines for future growth, strengthen hiring capability across the business and embrace modern recruitment practices.

Working closely with stakeholders, you'll solve hiring challenges, share market insight, identify future talent needs and deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Alongside end-to-end recruitment delivery, you'll help drive innovation through AI, recruitment technology and data-led decision making.

Leading end to end recruitment activity across a variety of technical, professional and business support rolesPartnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective attraction strategiesBuilding and managing talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsProactively sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through multiple channelsProviding expert recruitment advice and guidance to stakeholdersUsing market intelligence and talent insights to support hiring decisionsDelivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment processManaging ATS activity, ensuring excellent data quality, governance and reporting standardsProducing meaningful talent acquisition metrics and insights that demonstrate impactSupporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives across the GroupDeveloping innovative sourcing approaches, including the effective use of AI and recruitment technologyBuilding strong relationships with external partners, industry networks and suppliersWhat you’ll bring:

You'll be an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who combines strong delivery capability with excellent stakeholder management skills, along with:

Solid experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition roleProven success recruiting across a range of technical, professional or specialist rolesExceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsThe ability to influence, challenge and advise hiring managers effectivelyStrong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilityExperience using ATS platforms and working with recruitment data and reportingStrong commercial awareness and a focus on delivering valueExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvementCuriosity around AI, automation and how technology can enhance recruitment outcomesWhat can we offer you?
