This is an opportunity to join a purpose-driven international organisation where your work will directly contribute to building talented, diverse, and inclusive teams across a global network. \n What You'll Be Doing \n As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment life cycle while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. \n \n Managing end-to-end recruitment for specialist and leadership vacancies. \n Partnering with stakeholders to develop effective hiring strategies and recruitment plans. \n Building talent pipelines and proactively sourcing high-quality candidates. \n Using recruitment data and market intelligence to drive hiring decisions and improve performance. \n Coaching hiring managers and colleagues on recruitment best practice. \n Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure equitable hiring processes. \n Contributing to continuous improvement projects within talent acquisition and people functions. \Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes \n ? experience sourcing talent through multiple channels, including social media and direct sourcing \n ? Ability to analyse recruitment data and translate insights into action \n ? experience working against recruitment KPIs and service standards \n ?
