Zachary Daniels are delighted to be partnering with a leading, fast-paced retail business in the search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Role - Talent Acquisition Specialist:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll partner with both retail and head office teams to support the delivery of efficient, high-quality recruitment. You'll be responsible for proactive sourcing, building strong talent pipelines, and forecasting to meet ongoing business needs.
You'll act as a brand ambassador and recruitment process champion, ensuring the business attracts and secures candidates with the right skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Proven experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, ideally within retail
Background in either in-house recruitment or recruitment consultancy
Full-time equivalent salary of £36,500
Bonus and benefits package
Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
