Lead technical product strategy and cross-team delivery in large-scale enterprise environments Triage incoming business demand and determine domain alignment Identify and unblock cross-team technical dependencies across an interconnected ecosystem Coordinate within Scaled Agile Framework (or similar) to align squads and partner teams Engage with senior engineers and architects on backend platforms, CRM infrastructure, API flows, and system integration logic Serve as a conduit between commercial strategy and deep-tech engineering with strong communication Clarify ambiguous requirements with a warm, proactive team-oriented approach Tasks Proven track record leading technical product strategy in complex enterprises Structured, analytical approach to demand management and domain mapping Experience identifying and managing cross-team dependencies Hands-on exposure to Scaled Agile Framework or equivalent enterprise Agile setups Comfort engaging with senior engineers/architects on backend platforms, CRM, APIs, and integration Exceptional communication and soft skills Collaborative, proactive working style Key requirements
