UX Design Lead

Duties

Lead the end-to-end UX design process, including requirements gathering, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to ensure optimal user experiences.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into compelling visual and interaction designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and Zeplin.Develop and maintain information architecture, interaction patterns, and design standards that promote consistency across all digital touchpoints.Oversee the creation of responsive web designs utilizing HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React and Angular to ensure accessibility across devices.Conduct data analysis using SQL, Google Analytics, Omniture, or Adobe Target to evaluate user engagement metrics and inform iterative design improvements.Facilitate user research sessions including surveys via Qualtrics or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to gather insights that shape design decisions.Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for UX projects from concept through deployment while ensuring adherence to best practices in usability and accessibility standards.Skills

Proven expertise in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Redux, Bootstrap, SCSS, Less (style sheet language), and APIs integration.Strong understanding of UX principles including interaction design, information architecture, wireframing (using Balsamiq or Axure), usability testing, and responsive web design.Proficiency with digital design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe XD, Dreamweaver, InDesign; prototyping tools such as InVision; and collaboration platforms like Zeplin and SharePoint.Experience conducting user research methods including surveys (Qualtrics), analysis skills with SQL or Google Analytics data sets for insights-driven design.Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal; knowledge of business requirements gathering and translating them into functional designs.Ability to utilize data visualization techniques for presenting complex information clearly using tools like Visio or Tableau.Strong analysis skills combined with excellent communication abilities to articulate design rationale effectively within multidisciplinary teams.Join us in leading innovative UX initiatives that transform how users interact with our digital products!
