Account Management Specialist

Position Summary

Join us as an Account Management Specialist, where you will have the chance to build a rewarding career with significant earning potential. Our top Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents began in this role! You’ll manage rental accounts by providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, handling deliveries and pickups, and assisting in collections, all while upholding our company’s mission statement and values.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a designated portfolio of accounts, fostering strong customer relationships.Perform early-stage collections (1-6 days overdue) and meet collection targets.Utilize management tools to maintain account health and secure payment commitments.Execute delivery and pickup routes, ensuring account follow-up.Provide exceptional service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes.Contribute to sales growth by generating new rental agreements.Safely transport and handle products, ensuring they are installed correctly.Maintain showroom standards and care for company vehicles.Adhere to all safety and operational protocols.Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.At least 18 years old.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move heavy items.Ability to drive a box truck.Capability to stand and drive for long periods.Schedule & Work Environment
