Key Responsibilities | 核心职责

Go-to-Market & Business Development (0-to-1): Spearhead market entry, go-to-market execution, and commercial business development across target cities in North America and Europe.出海 0 到 1 拓展（GTM 与 BD）： 负责北美及欧洲重点城市的市场准入商务拓展及本地化落地策略Merchant & Enterprise Acquisition: Target, pitch, and sign local SMBs and enterprise accounts across hourly-intensive industries, including restaurants, retail chains, supermarkets, hotels, warehousing, and logistics hubs.本地企业与商户签约： 聚焦海外高频用工行业，积极开发并签约餐饮零售连锁超市酒店仓储物流等本地企业客户Offline Field Execution & Partnerships: Conduct direct in-person store visits, lead commercial negotiations, attend industry trade shows, and establish distribution channel partnerships.线下拜访与渠道拓展： 深入一线开展实地扫街拜访与商务谈判，积极参加行业展会与线下活动，拓展生态渠道以加速商户签约User Growth & Product Adoption: Champion regional client onboarding, product adoption, and user retention to ensure high satisfaction with our AI hiring platform.用户增长与商业落地： 推进当地客户快速入驻与深度使用，提升 AI 招聘平台在当地的渗透率与续约表现Team Leadership & City Ownership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing junior BD/field sales team, progressing toward full P&L and operational ownership of a designated city or country market.团队带领与独立管城： 搭建并带领初级 BD 与地推团队，逐步独立承担单一城市乃至国家的业务增长与整体经营指标

Job Requirements | 任职要求

Passport & Travel Eligibility: Holder of a Hong Kong SAR (HKSAR) or US Passport, eligible for seamless international business travel and rapid visa processing for North America and Europe.护照与出行资格： 持有香港特区护照或美国护照，具备便利办理欧美签证及长期海外出差的通行条件Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree from Hong Kong Top 3 Universities (HKU, HKUST, CUHK); outstanding candidates from PolyU or CityU are also warmly welcome.
