Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across public and private sectors.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and market intelligence.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities.

Sales & Client Management

• Present MZawadi solutions to prospective clients.
• Lead product demonstrations and business presentations.
• Understand client needs and develop customized technology solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close business deals.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

Partnership Development

• Build strategic partnerships with corporates, banks, telecom operators, government agencies, NGOs, and development partners.
• Identify collaboration opportunities that expand MZawadi's product offerings and market reach.

Account Management

• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical and project delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.

Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Track sales performance against targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
