Key Responsibilities
As Manager, High Net Worth Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving HNW business growth with a primary focus on HNW and international brokerage partners.

Key responsibilities include

Drive HNW insurance sales through strategic brokerage partnerships.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key HNW distribution partners.

Expand company presence and engagement within the HNW and international broker community.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business development initiatives and partnership growth.

Promote and enhance Wealth Structuring expertise and distribution channels.

Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to support sustainable growth in the HNW segment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Minimum 9 years of experience in HNW, brokerage, or bancassurance sales, with exposure to distribution channel management preferred.

Strong knowledge of the HNW insurance market and current industry landscape.

Sound understanding of distribution sales operations, customer behaviour, and market dynamics.

Excellent presentation, communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Proven track record of driving business growth and building strong relationships with distribution partners and clients.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to perform effectively under pressure.

Proactive mindset with the ability to provide recommendations and contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
