Manager (Marketing and Business Development)

We are looking for high-calibre individuals to join the Marketing and Business Development Department for serving the HKMC Group.

Job Descriptions

Conduct comprehensive market research, including desktop analysis and surveys across local and overseas retirement solutions markets, to identify trends and business opportunities;Support new product development and coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement product enhancements that meet customer needs;Assist in developing and implementing business plans and strategies to enhance the business proposition;Develop high-quality written materials, including business cases, project reports, and marketing materials; andHandle ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

Degree holder or above, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline;A minimum of 5 to 8 years’ solid experience in business development, preferably in the banking and financial sector;In-depth knowledge of financial products with analytical mind and business acumen;A versatile team player with strong project management, problem-solving, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;Result oriented, self-motivated, strong sense of ownership and detail-minded;Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint;Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for content and report generation is an advantage; andExcellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
