Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential and commercial projects across the North West and Liverpool region. This is a standout opportunity not only to take ownership of key projects from pre-construction through to handover, but also to step into a long-term leadership position with the potential to lead the Mechanical Division within the business as it continues to grow.

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover

Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors across multiple projects

Overseeing programme, cost control, and quality standards

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants

Driving performance across projects and supporting wider business growth

Playing a key role in shaping and developing the Mechanical Division

Skills and Qualifications Required

Proven experience in a Mechanical Contracts Manager role or similar

Strong background in residential and apartment projects

Commercially aware with the ability to successfully run multiple projects

Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills

Confident in client-facing situations and stakeholder management

Ambition to progress into a senior leadership role
