Mobilisation Talent Acquisition Consultant - Hybrid (6-Month)

Serco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead a major mobilisation recruitment drive, focusing on contact centre and corporate roles. You will own end-to-end recruitment, from briefing to onboarding, and deliver high-volume campaigns within mobilisation timelines.

You will demonstrate strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and experience with ATS/CRM systems, with Phenom being advantageous. This hybrid role supports a flagship public sector mobilisation program.
