Senior SEO Specialist or Agency for Monthly Retainer (Beauty Brands)

Haus of Nectar is a growing marketing agency for beauty and wellness businesses. We build websites, funnels, ads and email systems for med spas, salons and estheticians, and we are adding a dedicated SEO partner to the team.

We are hiring 1 experienced SEO specialist or small SEO agency for a long-term monthly retainer. You will start with our own properties and take on client accounts as we grow, so reliability and clear communication matter as much as rankings.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Run technical and on-page audits and fix the priority issues

- Own local SEO for brick-and-mortar clients, including Google Business Profile, citations, reviews strategy and map pack rankings

- Research keywords around beauty and wellness search intent, such as "chemical peel near me"

- Plan and brief service pages, location pages and blog content, and optimize for AI answers (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT) as well as classic search

- Send a plain-English monthly report that ties SEO to leads and bookings

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years of hands-on SEO with case studies showing traffic, ranking or lead growth

- A strong local SEO track record with service-based businesses

- Fluent with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and a crawler such as Screaming Frog

- Clear spoken and written English, and availability for a weekly call during US Eastern business hours

- Experience with beauty, wellness, med spa or other appointment-based businesses (strong plus)

- Experience with women-led brands, especially beauty services and digital products (strong plus)

- Comfort working in WordPress and GoHighLevel sites and funnels (plus)

Agencies are welcome. Tell us who will do the work day to day.

HOW THE ENGAGEMENT WORKS

- Flat monthly retainer. We do not pay hourly, so please skip hourly rates.

- 3-month start, then month to month. We want this to run for years when the fit is right.

- Client-facing reports go out under the Haus of Nectar name.

- Starting budget is $1,000 to $2,500 per month depending on scope. We will finalize the number from your rate card.
