Hays HR are delighted to be partnering with a successful and growing professional services organisation based in Leeds to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Advisor on a temporary basis.This opportunity has arisen to provide additional recruitment support during a period of sustained business growth whilst the organisation recruits a permanent member of the team. Operating within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing and onboarding talent across a range of corporate support functions.
Your New RoleWorking closely with hiring managers across the business, you will manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns for a variety of support roles including Finance, Marketing, IT, Legal Compliance and other central services positions.
Key responsibilities will include:Managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously across a range of business functionsTaking detailed recruitment briefs from hiring managers and advising on attraction strategiesWriting and posting engaging job advertisements across relevant recruitment channelsProactively sourcing and approaching suitable candidatesConducting candidate screening and telephone interviewsCoordinating interviews and assessment centre activitiesManaging the candidate experience throughout the recruitment processSupporting all onboarding activities for successful candidatesIssuing induction packs and pre-employment documentationCoordinating HR and IT induction arrangementsManaging third-party providers to complete reference checks and other pre-employment screening requirementsMaintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting activity to stakeholdersOccasional HR administration support and dealing with HR queriesWhat You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns (12 months' +)Strong end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition experienceExperience working within a professional services, legal, financial services, regulated or corporate environmentExcellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise hiring managersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong sourcing and candidate attraction capabilitiesExperience coordinating onboarding and pre-employment checksExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyExperience of UK HR and Employment LawThe ability to start at short noticeWhat You'll Get in ReturnPositive and supportive working cultureHybrid working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from homeFlexible start and finish times around core business hoursModern office facilities in LeedsOpportunity to work within a successful and growing organisationVaried and fast-paced recruitment role with exposure across multiple business functionsCompetitive hourly rate
