Description

Prepare and support the development of business proposals, client presentations, and pitch materials. Conduct market, industry, competitor, and client research to identify business opportunities and provide insights. Create, edit, and manage marketing content across digital platforms and communication channels. Maintain and update marketing collateral, templates, databases, and business development resources. Support the preparation of industry rankings, award submissions, and marketing directories. Assist with client communications, newsletters, and promotional initiatives. Coordinate client-facing events, seminars, and networking activities, including on-site event support. Manage website and profile content updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms. Track business development activities and provide administrative support for ongoing projects.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related discipline. 1-2 years of experience in business development, marketing, communications, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. Strong research, analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and service-focused. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience with CRM systems, marketing technology platforms, or business intelligence tools is advantageous.
