Business Development Executive – Asia Pacific

We’re supporting a leading international law firm in their search for a Business Development Executive to join their Asia Pacific team.

What you’ll be doing:

Help prepare pitches, proposals and tender responses for both existing and new clients, working closely with partners, lawyers and BD colleagues across the region and the global network.Create and update a wide range of client-facing materials, including lawyer profiles, website content, newsletters, social media posts and other marketing collateral.Coordinate legal directory and award submissions — ensuring the content is accurate, well-written and submitted on time.Support the planning and smooth delivery of client events, webinars, sponsorships and networking activities across Singapore and the wider APAC region.Contribute to key client relationship and business development initiatives, helping the team strengthen existing relationships and uncover new opportunities.Assist with thought leadership campaigns and keep BD systems organized (CRM, credentials library, mailing lists, pitch trackers, etc.).

Who we’re looking for:

Someone with previous Business Development or Marketing experience in a professional services environment (law firm experience is a plus but not essential).Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with people at all levels.Comfortable analysing information and turning it into clear, concise messages.Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in supporting business growth across Asia Pacific.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration and contributing directly to business development efforts in a dynamic regional team.
