Business Development Manager | Hong Kong Monthly Salary: HK$35,000‑44,999We are looking for a self‑motivated BDM with solid UK education background to design and promote educational programmes for students aiming for top‑ranked institutions. UK study experience is highly preferred.Responsibilities: Develop & manage course framework, lesson plans and teaching materials for ISEB Pre‑tests, Common entrance, scholarship & university application and personal‑development programmes. Work with internal teams for quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Evaluate and optimise education programmes. Align curricula with student needs together with tutors and experts. Build and maintain relationships with parents, school administrators and education consultants.Requirements: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Education, Business or related disciplines. Prior experience in UK boarding school / university is an advantage. Strong knowledge of UK education system. Proven track record in developing & executing business strategies. Excellent written & spoken English, good analytical & problem‑solving skills.
