Business Development Manager, Mainland China Market
Business Development Manager for the Mainland China market, based in Hong Kong with frequent travel to Mainland China required. Reports to CEO. This is a full-time, permanent position focused on driving business growth in cross-border corporate services across the Greater Bay Area, Yangtze River Delta, and e-commerce hubs.
Key responsibilities
Drive business growth in the Greater Bay Area, Yangtze River Delta, and e-commerce hubs; establish corporate structures and entities for Mainland clients in Hong Kong
Develop partnerships with Mainland chambers of commerce, industry associations, and industrial parks to generate business leads
Provide consulting and design solutions for cross-border tax planning
Utilize AI tools to optimize client screening, solution drafting, and service workflows
Manage brand presence and content on Mainland social platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin) to build industry influence
About you
8+ years in cross-border corporate services, international taxation, or Mainland market development
Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Business Administration, or related disciplines
Proven ability to design cross-border tax arrangements (Mainland & HK tax systems)
Practical experience in applying AI tools to enhance business workflows
Solid experience in social media content operation with trackable results
An active, verifiable business network in Mainland China
Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese; good professional English
Independent hunter mindset, strong commercial acumen, and ready for frequent travel
