Remote B2B SaaS Sales Director — Scale to $30M ARR

Doist is seeking its Director of Sales to own the revenue engine, actively involvement in key deals, and to build the playbook and team to scale from current milestones. You will report to the CEO and guide four Account Executives across enterprise and mid-market segments, with a proven motion and customers in the pipeline.

This leadership role requires a hands-on style, experience shaping sales processes, and the ability to drive quota attainment while scaling the organization.
